ok this ISNT a good idea atleast for me...im starting week 3 75mg/day. I run alittle everyday with dog......i went out tonight and every damn muscle in my legs pumped i could barely stretch them out in stride....now this is gonna be a prob. Anyonelse have this prob?
I try to avoid running but when I do on tren I get lower back pumps that are sick. I usually do 40 mins on the treadmill with an inclinde of 15 with my speed around 3.6mph. I have to stop every 5 minutes and stretch my calves. Enjoy the pumps while your on.
