Running hdrol with gyno

I got gyno from running an irresponsible test e/lgd4033 cycle around a year ago and have used letrozole to reduce the size of the lumps to where its not as noticeable. Im just wondering whats the chance of hdrol making the gyno worse? Using it for a recomp, should nolvadex be run at 20mgs ed throughout the cycle? an AI would be no help here correct?

You should not run ANY cycle until you have it cleaned up...
