Just research Clen side effects, a lot of them are over exaggerated. Just make sure to keep the dosing realistic. I don't see any reason to go over 100 mcg per day.
Since you only plan to use Clen for 2 weeks, you won't need the Keto. You can use some benadryl instead if you want. Keto really works well if you want to extend the usage past 2 weeks, but since you don't plan on doing that I don't see any reason to use it.
Clen can cause some cramping, and depletes Taurine from your liver, so Taurine is a must. It is cheap so not that big of a deal. 5-10 grams per day. Also make sure to be drinking plenty of water.
I would start your Clen dosing at 40mcg a day and slowly build up to 100mcg. People run it as high at 160mcg, but that is when it can get dangrous and the side effects can really outweigh the benefits. Cap it at 100-120mcg.
Day 1 - 40mcg
Day 2 - 40mcg
Day 3 - 60mcg
Day 4 - 60mcg
Day 5 - 80mcg
Day 6 - 80mcg
Day 7 - 100mcg
Day 8 - 100mcg
Day 9 - 100mcg
Day 10 - 100mcg
Day 11 - 100mcg
Day 12 - 80mcg
Day 13 - 60mcg
Day 14 - 40mcg
Something along those lines. Take the clen in the morning. You can split the dose if you would like, but don't take it past 3-4 oclock because it may cause some insomnia. If you choose to use the Keto, run at 2mg per day before bed. It will make you very drowsy. If you choose the benadryl route, 50-100 mg before bed.
