Rundown On Anti-estrogens - Input needed.

Seems like only yesterday we had proviron for on-cycle estrogen conversion suppression, nolva for bitch tit symptoms, and clomid for post cycle recovery.

With the intorduction of affordable liquidex on the market, arimidex took of as the popular "on-cycle" antiestrogen.

Now I'm doing some snooping and I see arimidex, letrozole, aromasin all sharing a competetive part of the anti-e market.

Those of you who have used and compared them, how do these stack up? Where are they in terms of side effects such as IGF supression? Which seems to keep the user from excessive bloat?

Just looking to start a dicussion, thanks for any input.

I have used nolva, arimidex and aromasin as anti-e's always with roughly 500mg test/wk.

I used 10mg ED of nolva, .5mg EOD of Arimidex and 12.5mg ED aromasin.

Here's what I noticed:

All three cycles I gained roughly 10lbs in under two weeks, so they didn't help (much) with bloat.

Nolva: Cholesterol still became shitty, but HDL didnt really get bad and Libido stayed good not sure if it is related or not.

Arimidex: Cholesterol became real bad, joints constantly hurt like they had sand in them. Libido was for shit, but that might have been the EQ I was on?

Aromasin: Cholestrol was shit but that might have been the VAR. Joints felt great. Libido was terrible but that improved just 36hrs after dropping VAR so probably not Aromasin's fault.

The T/e balance is more delicate than people realize. Too mnay guys just try and obliterate e and wind up doing more harm than good.

All anti e's will affect blood lipids negitively and it e gets too low, you will have no dick.

Another reason Proviron and natural anti e's are the way to go. Natural anti e's , such as chrysin can't lower e to a dangerous level and Proviron prevents aromatzation and gyno while lowering SHBG and increasing libido. So why use anything else?

I am having a problem. I am exactly 3 weeks into my cycle of 400 mgs of Sust. A couple of days a go my nipples started feeling a little irritated and today they seem erect or slightly inflamed. I have been using a tablet of nolvadex every 2 days though. is this normal? What should i do? Should i increase to once a day until symptoms go away?
i have always had small pea sized lumps under my nipples. Do you think this indicated that i am naturally prome to gyno? The matter under my nipples does not appear to be growing but that is difficult to assess.
any info?

I guess your sensitive to sus at 400mg, getting gyno is normal when on gear, although some bros here dont get gyno at all (lucky!!) I'm more sensitive to dbol than sus, so take nolvadex at 20mg per day everyday until it goes away. Some bros take as much as 40mg per day but 20mg should do the job fine. Only take nolvadex when gyno symptoms occurs.

I also meant to ask if there could be a problem with absorption. Should i take the Nolva on a cpmpletely empty stomach. Will it affect absorption if i take it with a protein shake?

No, nolvadex can be taken anytime of the day, protein shakes and food..etc does not affect absorption.
I usually take it in the morning with my breakfast so I dont forget, lol, dont want bitch tits now do we!
