-Fina binds to the progesterone receptor in certain tissues
-Progesterone stimulates the production of prolactin
-Prolactin and/or estrogen are the causes of gyno
-RU-486 blocks progesterone and reduces prolactin
-Progesterone downregulates estrogen receptors
-Blocking progesterone with RU-486 upregulates the estrogen receptor
-RU-486 causes gyno.

read the sticky on prolactin and progesterone.

he cites reports of gyno caused by it.

i was just about to buy some, can fonz or manny clear this up please.
he says that decreased progesterone is the cause for increase in prolactin which causes gyno.

I'm one of the few (with Fonz) that has actually USED RU-486. No it didnt cause gyno on me and God knows I've been stacking deca and Fina at the same time. Does it really cause gyno ? There are so many things that doesnt make any sense. Does prolactin really cause gyno ? Well not everyone agree with this.

With all of the debate and horrible sides of RU 486 it will be a long time before i ever use it, if i ever do, which i most likely wont. I am giving femara a shot though and I am pumpeD!

RU means Hell ! So unless you're doing one hardcore cycle with high dosage of deca/a-50/fina, there's no need for that. But even if I repeat this stuff 10 times a week I still havenewbies e-mailing me to ask if its worth taking Ru with 75 mg of Fina .......lol
