Hey Bro's...I need some desperate advice
.....I have recently hit a platuea on my gains and I need to change my routine...I have done a few cycles and have had good results...but over the last cycle I barely got any gains...I am currently working out 4 times a week due to my schedule.M-T..taking F-Sun off. I do Mon Chest/Tri's 3x8-10 for each group....Tue Back/Bi's 3x8-10 for each group...Wed Shoulders/Abs 3x8-10...Thu Legs 4x8-10.....Fri-Sun Off...I will be starting my next cycle next week and would like to have a fresh workout to go with it....Can anyone please give me some advice on a new plan....Thx Bro's
