Cutting diet for 8 weeks includes the following:
Meal 1
4 Eggs
*Brown Rice
Meal 2
2 Scoops Whey
1 Cup Oats
Meal 3
6 oz. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1 Cup Italian Cut Green Beans
Meal 4
5oz. Tuna in Water
*Almonds
Meal 5
4 oz. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1 Cup Italian Cut Green Beans
2 Tbsp. Natural Smuckers PB
Meal 6
2 Scoops Whey
1 Tbsp. Natural Smuckers PB
And 2 scoops whey post workout...
I'm going to be scaling this down to approx. 1900-2000 cals before it's all said and done.
Cycle : 8 weeks
Tren Ace - 50 mg ED
Test Prop - 250mg 2x week
