Roughly how long after a cycle before....

Roughly how long after a 10 week 40mg /day var cycle followed by 2 weeks of PCT would you wait prior to doing a 3 week cycle of M1T(with 1 week 10mg, 2 weeks at 20mg). Following the M1T I will do 1 week of Nolva at 40mg and 1 week at 20mg.

I'm just curious how long most would wait prior to starting? The M1T is sitting there begging me to take it... but I rather play it safe. I've also been taking trib, ala and milk thistle as well as some other herbs.
