When bulking, do you rotate carbs? On a training day say maybe have 250g of carbs then on a rest day cut it down to 100-150? What should I split my protein, carbs, fat in a bulking diet? 30/50/20? 40/50/10? 30/60/10? Also do you rotate calories? Say maybe one day on a training day eat 3000 and then a rest day eat 2000? Or just eat 3000 for the whole bulking period?
