Rookie Cycle

Im 19 almost 20 and my stats are 6'1 around 145 and 6-7% body fat. I would LOVE to add a good 10-15 lbs. What would you pro's out there recomend for a first cycle???Ive mainly concentrated my thinking on Winny but not everyone seems to be sold on it. Id like to hear what yall have to say, everyone had to start somewhere........

yes everyone has to start somewhere....the gym, proper diet and training.

if you have some years of training which you don't sound like you do, then I would suggest doin a search on newbie cycles. Also go look up steroid profiles for more info

Hey bro, I am in no way flaming you because when I was 18 I was 6'1" 140lbs. So, I know exactly the size you are. Not only should you not touch the gear, but you should not even think about it for a few years. You have no solid foundation to work from at all. Bust your ass in the gym and the kitchen for a while, you'll be surprised at the results. By the way, I didn't start using gear until I was 215 lbs and hit a wall for about 6 months. I'm now at 250 with decent bodyfat only because I was natural for as long as I could be. Use your steroid money on food bro. Please don;t juice yet. Educate yourself and be dedicated for while. Good luck to you.

Might I recomend FOOD. 90% of muscular hypertrophy is the effect of proper nutrition. If you don't eat right you won't grow...Gear or no gear. What does your current diet consist of? Not to be mean, but certainly to be blunt, you're a string bean at 6'1 145. Your bodyfat indicates you're an extreme ectomorph (or you never eat) and have a hard time gaining weight. Post your training routine and diet. Without having these down pat AS will do you no good.

This is a touch post due to a few reasons. 1, none of us realy know your training intensity or what your diet looks like. 2 Yes you are young, but I know many people who mature by the time they are 19 then have a very hard time gaining any mass. Example my roomate, he is natural, and has been training for 5 years and has only gained 10 lbs. His stats 6'5 195, ripped to the bones, literaly.(hhaha)
I can tell you from personal experiance I waited till i was 19 and weighed 200lbs. At this time I was very anxious and wanted 230 fast. I feel now @20 I should have waited, but if I could do it all over again i would have started cycling...lol

I guess what im trying to tell you is what Ranger A mod on the board(whut up BRO)told me a few years back, you and only you will know when the time is right.

Hope this helps

Bro, this has nothing to do with age. Maybe you don't understand how thin 6'1" 145# is. What this says is that he has no...read again...NO training experience. Has he said anything about training at all or being frustrated with lack of results?? No. He's looking for the easy way. If he thinks the time is right now, he is wrong, and we should be telling him so. This is just as bad as the 14 year old.

My bad, I figured he had been lifting and was going no where. I would never tell someone to juice if had no training experiance.

There once was a saying that was circulation around the board that stated. You shouldent use anabolics to reach your genetic potentionl but to go past them..

good statement

Are you going to post any updated pics anytime soon of your progress to bitch slap all those dudes that were talking shit about your first ones?

Thanks for the responses I understand what yall are saying. I made a mistake in not stating more about where Im at. Ive been workin out since I was 16. Ive been lifting pretty hardcore for the past year. My strength has gone wayyyy up but its the increase in mass that I have been frustrated with. I also eat a good diet with none of the usual college junk food or pizza. Im only merely looking into gear. I wouldnt do it for awhile prolly another 6 months or longer but I just wanted to see what you guys would recomend for a rookie cycle for someone with my stats.

Again, please don't take this as a flame okay? I'm not talking shit I'm trying to help.

You said you have almost 4 years lifting experience and 1 year "hardcore." Here is the problem with that....at 6'1" 145 you are about as skinny as you can be(I know, I had those stats). Therefore, no way do you have a"good diet" like you said. I gaurantee that if you have been in the gym for 4 years and weigh 145 at 6'1" you truly do not know what you are doing at all. I'm not doubting your dedication or heart my friend, I'm just saying that you need to learn A LOT before you take the next step.

"looking into gear" is outstanding, keep looking, researching and studying. But, until then find yourself someone with a solid BBing background and ask them for help. That is, help with training, diet, and supplementation, not juice. I'm far from an expert, but I know a decent amount from 12 years of lifting, making mistakes, and a few years of being totally dedicated to the sport; and I have a lot of good knowledge for an ectomorph to use. and I would be happy to help you out in any way if it will make you realize that you can gain a ton of muscle naturally and keep you from juicing for a while. PM me and I will give you my e-mail. Hell, I'll even send you a stack of good bodybuilding books I don't use anymore. Become a bodybuilder before you use gear bro. But, its hard to listen to someone you don't know, so either way...good luck
