rookie bulking diet

I know there's a whole science to figuring out what's best for everyone... but I'm 210lbs and not sure what my bodyfat is, but I can see a 4 pack! Anyway, my question is.. what's a plain-to-the-point bulking diet that's good for really busy people? I've been training for a few years, and I'm starting my first cycle soon. So, any help would be appreciated. I hear about foods that are good for bulking diets, but is there a way to do it clean? I don't want to gain too much excess bodyfat. The only thing I'm currently doing is eating tons, and tons of grilled chicken breasts, some lean red meats, and lots of hardboiled eggs. No one has really taught me what to do, so no flaming please! BTW, I drink 2 gallons of water a day. So, are all my trips to the bathroom worthwhile? Am I doing anything wrong? Yes I know my BF can be much lower, but I have no problem at all burning fat. I'm Trying to work it so that when I'm ready to do a cutting cycle summer will be right around the corner. I'd rather not bulk during summer.

I would say try a plain bulking diet where you eat the same portions every meal. Something like:

meal 1:
6oz. ground beef
2 baked potatoes
2 cups steamed veggies

meal 2:
10oz. steak
1/2 cup (before being cooked) of brown rice
1 cup steamed veggies

meal 3:
10oz. chicken breast
2 cans of kidney beans
1 tbsp. Udo's choice oil

ETC.......

You see how the meal plan is saturated around high protein/mod-high carbs. If you want to do it easy, put something together that is easy to follow, which you can cook for the whole week on sunday.

Regarding the water, you're doing the right thing. The more water the better.
