Ronnie´s eating

Why does Ronnie Coleman eat more in the onseason than in the offseason?
For example; he eats alot more in The unbelievable than in Cost of Redemption

his eating is absolute trash year round. The best genetics + insane AAS/gh/slin/igf useage put him where he is today, not his diet.

I have read that Coleman is very confidential when it comes to his nutrition and diet, especially coming up to a contest. I dont no if this is true or not but if so I would not be suprised if they cut out alot of his meals etc. Come on guys who can eat fried french fries pre contest and still show up on the day and be the best in the world - ref. Cost of Redemption

They are just doing it for publicity

true, but when you have 310 pounds of muscle, can you imagine the freakish metabolism you would have? That amount of muscle can melt a car engine in his belly

exactly most of these guys eat crap in the off season just so they can maintain they're size. It would be hard to eat like 30 chicken breasts and a 4lbs of oatmeal every day for months. Even "smaller" guys like needsize love when cutting time comes around because their sick of stuffing their faces.

yeah I just use those videos for entertainment/motivation, I don't think they should be used as a representation of how to succeed in bodybuilding

You definitely don't know what your talking about. According to his trainer/dietician (cant remember his name) Ronnie has his meals planned out down to the ounce all year long and never has a cheat meal while dieting. I doubt anyone else can say that which is one of the reason why Ronnie is the biggest and most developed and will probably stay that way.

Just to let you know his trainer is chad nicholls

Beleive me don't let these pros make you think that they eat clean all year that is bulshit

Most eat as bad as Lee Priest but the don't have the guts sto tell the truth

The question was not about "most Pros" the question is about Ronnie Coleman. If you don't know his diet , then stop bashing him

nassar is a really strange guy btw. I think he's cool. I saw an interview where he says he eats 70% carbs and 30% protein year round, and no shakes. He said he never noticed a difference between hi-protein and just hi-calorie regular protein. I would not use Nassar as an example though, he's very, very atypical.

i have seen his movies and he eats like shit in his movies..thats not to say he doesnt eat healthy off camera..maybe hes just showing off..all i know is the guy loves his barbacue sauce ("goood old barbacue sauce")!!aside from the french fries and baked beans loded with sodium..but in the movie he calls the resturaunt and orders and says "its ronnie" she says "hi ronnie" then he "says can you put my food on?" and she knew what he was takn about so that means he is a regular there..hes still the best regaurdless..i envy his diet!

A friend of mine went to the Olympia last year. At the airport they saw Ronnie at McDonalds, and he had 3 big Macs, fries, and a Coke.

Which, if it really was just before the Olympia, won't influence his physique at all. I was at an Austrian bodybuilding contest and right before the prejudging the overall winner went to a Running Sushi (I was only sitting two tables away from him) and ate Maki with a lot of soy sauce, and wasabi and all that sodium- and fat loaded stuff. Mmmmhhh, goodyyy...
