Ronnie is frequently at my gym in Jersery, I walked out of the bathroom not knowing he ever lifted there, and said to my self that m'fcuker looked like Ron Coleman, go to the water fountain and this kid tells me....'hey did you just see coleman he was in the bathroom....and the size of his arm is the size of my thighs and the size of his veins the the size of my arms. I am 218lbs 5'9'', standing next to him and shaking his had makes you feel fucking tiny. Just as i thought i was getting some size lol
