Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below So Im working out at my gym on Saturday, and a guy that I sometimes work out with comes up to me and asks me if I want to work out with Ronnie Colman today? Of course Im like ya right. He then tells me that Ronnie is on his way to the gym to work out as his guest. Apparently he was in K.C. for something over the weekend, and this guy was involved in what ever ronnie was in town for. Anyways, he came into the gym and I couldnt believe it. I didnt work out with him, but I did watch. This guy is a freak of nature. He made all the biggest guys in the gym look like punk bitches. I have never seen anybody that large in person. I have to say, it was pretty cool to see. Thought you guys could appreciate the story, I told it to my girlfriend, and she was like "so what".

he was working out his back. From what I saw, he was taking it easy. He did some lat pull downs, the whole stack. He did some wide grip pull ups. I dont think he intended on getting a good workout there. He did a lot of talking and waiting between sets. It took him a half an hour just to get 4 sets of lat pulls done. Im sure you can imagine, there was a crowd of people watching, and taking pictures.

Thats great! Maximum respect to the old guy too!! My Brother in Law is from Ireland and he told me how last year an elderly lady who was working as a gym attendant in a big Irish hotel wouldn't let Tiger Woods into the gym because he didn't have his hotel card to prove he was a guest!!!! Woods had to go back to his room and get it!
