Roids for someone who hasn't lifted?

JUICEMAN

New member
My good friend hasn't lifted weights hard for over a year, but he wants to start again. He has never done steroids before. He is in good shape and does cardio 3-4 times a week. Will he still benefit from a cycle of Sustanon 500mg/week, for 8 weeks if it has been over a year since he last lifted. He wants mass as soon as possible.

 Dude....that is not a good idea. Do what you want but before anybody should even think of using AAS they should already have an established system of diet, exercise, sleep, etc. and....and should try to train naturally for as long as possible.

That's my opinion anyways. It's like this (sequence of events):

1. Guy is tired of looking like an out-of-shape loser, pencilneck, whatever.
2. Decides to start working out
3. Guy thinks to himself, "Man, this shit sucks!"
4. He tries to find a shortcut (AAS)
5. Nothing happens even with AAS because he doesn't know how to properly exercise, properly eat, etc.
6. Guy gets fed up with all this bullshit and either
A) Stops taking the AAS and quits altogther
B) Keeps taking the AAS without really working out instead of wasting it.
7) He becomes depressed, fat, has no sex drive (low T levels) and blames everything on "Roids" and their evils.

Anyways.......my advice is to do it natural for a while and see if this is really what you want to do, living the iron life that is....or just give all of your money to some scammer.

Toodles! :D

creatine/glutamine and amino acids.

spend a couple of years in the gym reach your max potential and then decide if you want to juice.

I can't stand pathetic, undisciplined wanna-bes. That may be harsh but what I just read sounded ridiculous. Here's what I heard: "hi, I'm this guy's friend and I don't wanna pay my dues and work hard. I want something handed to me and if I don't get it I'll piss and moan and blame everyone and everything (steroids) for my lack of progress." Get a life. If you can't lift weights before steroids, you sure as hell ain't gonna do it after. Then what's left? You get to live your life in the past and tell people how big you USED to be. Nice life. Fuck your mass as soon as possible theory. Its called instant gratification and that also means it will be temporary. I have come to realize there is a small percentage of us who truly love weight lifting, the rest do it cuz they feel they have to and burn out like a match. My advice, continue your little "cardio" regimen and ignore weights cuz you're only gonna quit again in about six months.

my friend was in the same boat as yours and he is almost done with his cycle and to be honest he looks like shit and u cant even tell he did roids .He looked bigger last year when me maxed out naturally then he does now on roids ..he broke his hand and couldnt lift for 7 months and lost all of his natural size and got real small so he took roids .I think he should have waited .I hope this helps . ----------> To be short and sweet id say tell him to wait .

I make my reply with out reading every one else's .But i just read every one else's and I agree with all of them 100%

i can tell anyone else to use steroids, but i would if i were him.i think lifting naturally is a waste of time.why should i waste a year of training when i could get the same gains in 1 month of juicing?

Please tell me this is your form of sarcasm? If it isn't you're just as pathetic as him and you need to quit taking up space at the local gym. How ignorant can you be? You'll burn out too, sweetheart. And just like this sorry dope you'll blame everyone else. I take it you have no concerns for your future health. Call me corny but I'll make sure I come visit you when you're in the hospital and on kidney dialysis. Never worked hard for something have you? Pathetic.

i dont think you have the right to call anyone lazy especially since we're all on steroids
Oh we are? Look, joey, I'm by no means anti-steroid. However, I am anti-ignorance. This kid's not even lifting. I can't stand the "give it to me now, mommy or I'll cry" attitude. What the hell is so wrong working hard for something on your own? Sure I'll do a cycle here and there, but I've busted my ass for 7 years. 6 of em without anything. And I'll continue to long after steroids. Why? because I love it. I love everything about it. This kid's friend is an idiot. He doesn't know what it takes. he's likely to do something stupid and then we've got another steroid-basher, anti-weight training, living-in-the past loser on our hands. We don't need any more of em, you dig?

Your friend is a moron. Tell him to have some patience and discipline for christs sake...

Man they're two reasons why you should take juice:

1- You've been lifting for years and this represents a lifestyle for you. It's like sex..can't live without it...

2- You have a serious and long term goal which requires some quick gains but which will also motivates you to keep on working hard in order to not lose everything (law enforcment, modelling....). But you must already have a good physical condition and be lifting ...

In both case it's all in you head.... I dont know for your friend but i do know some idiots who decided to start lifting and juicing just to look good....believe that lazy attitude doesn't last long since these people dont realize how hard it is. Unless he has a preset goal he should only start lifting for at least a year...be on a diet and then probably if he hasnt quit start thinking about juicing. YOU MUST FEEL THE PAIN AND LOVE IT otherwise keep your money for something else

Tell you freind or you whoever it is to get in the gym and work hard. When he has done that for a year and still eager to grow then come back and post a thread asking for a good first cycle

Ditto to the above, I did my first cycle when I was 49 years old and in frickin excellent condition.

Your buddy will make great gains with, diet, rest and a good work out routine, after this and supplimentation for a few years, then add gear to his program.:)

I'm 37 years old and have been lifting for 15 years. I didn't start the gear til I realized no more gains were coming natural....they're coming now!;)

Here are some reasons why what your friend is considering is NOT a good idea:

There is a limit as to how quickly muscles can grow safely. By not lifting for a while, he is primed for a good natural growth spurt in the first 3 months of lifting anyway. Add AS to that, and its TOO much....

why?

Because muscles already can grow faster than connective tissue and bones. If he places a LOT of weight and strength on - without having these other "supporting" systems primed and ready for it - he will get injured.

Mark my words, if he does this, and really really trains, he will end up hurting something. He'll tear a muscle, or tendon, break a bone maybe, probably mess up shoulders (rotator cuff) etc.

Also, and this may be a bit of folklore on my part, but I think anyone that does something like this is also very prone to lose all the gains very quickly. He has already proven that he has little motivation - his very thought process show that he wants a "shortcut".

Plus, the very fact that he wants a shortcut shows that his disposition is not correct for this anyway. Will he eat correctly? Train correctly? Get enough rest? Probably not. He will probably one of the dumbshits that comes on the board and asks if he can drink and/or do Extasy while ON.

Freak and Riker are 100% correct. I used to have a few jackass friends like yours with the same mentality, what are they doing now?- the same thing they were doing before, hiding from the gym like the boogie man lives there.

Do yourself a favor and tell your friend to develp some testicular fortitude. If gaining muscle was as easy as popping pills, my grandmother would be huge. Or if you don't like him very much, sell him a cycle and when he finishes and his gains deflate, sell him another cycle at a ridiculous price.

the body can only adapt so fast..training naturally is the proper method..listen to the bros...patience and his time will come. AS are not instant self gradification.you need the equiptment there before you can add the flamethrower!!! RADAR

something to think about...

if it was easy, everyone would be huge and ripped.

shit takes time man. tell your friend to go to a gym, bust his ass for a couple years, make some gains, and then think about pharmacuticals.

peace
