Your question is very vague. If you are concerned about a random test at work, then no because your employer is testing for recreational drugs and you need a specific test to detect steroids. If you are talking about competitive sport where a specific test is made for steroids, then it is almost always a urine test that gets you. They'll make sure you piss properly too as they watch you really carefully.
