I was wondering how many of you bros get elevated BP while "on" and what you do to keep it in check..
For me my bp jumps about 20-30 points by the end of a cycle, and that is with drinking well over a gallon of water, low sodium, and natty sups.. ALL my cycles include test, so a little rise is to be expected, but next go around i want to try to keep it from going up..
I will almost always go from 125 over 73 to about 145 over 90 over a 15 weeker..
