Had a nice short sweet session today. Been just over a month since we last deadlifted. Last time I deadlifted I went up to a single with 565 for my all time best. Today I got out 3 reps!!! Will most likely just be deadlifting once a month as I have proven you dont need to do them often to get stronger. I think in my older age less often is more as far as gains go. Ok everyone have a strong week ahead and bust out some PR's!!!

Today is just one of those days. Wasn't feeling it. Can really feel the difference without HGH. Body is not recovering very fast. Yesterdays deadlift workout killed my recovery. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get shredded!!!

sounds like the deadlifts cleared out a bit too much baby batter
Deadlifts the single greatest mass builder there is. I could feel the effects within 3 hours after doing them. All the way down my spine was tight and getting sore and swollen.
