calf fries, their daymn good, we usually have them when we're having a fish fry. Turkey fries are better than calf but there harder to find, fyi....

I've only had caviar probably less than 10 times at parties and such and it really just tasted salty and briney. meh. Although it is sort of fun to pop them like little bubbles on the back of your teeth with your tongue.

I knew there was something I liked about you, you are a little country! I grew up on a ranch in Wyoming and we didn't do the RMO thing but a lot of the neighbors did. I grew up eating them at parties once a year, always a good time. In a few of the places to eat where I'm from you can get Bull Fries which are sliced balls done just like the RMOs. I eat the shit out some gizzards and hearts also.
