ROCKSTAR Energy Drink

This new ROCKSTAR drink has no sugar and no carbs. There is about 10 calories per 8 oz. serving. Is there anything in this drink that is detrimental to dieting? (both cutting & bulking)

well it has a ton of caffine. I prefer those over the regular rockstar because they don't have all the sugar but I find that it kinda takes my appetite away.

There is no good reason to use a zero carb energy drink before a workout if u're bulking. Looks good if you're cutting though, just leave room for it..if u're taking other fat burners or pre-workout supps with caffeine..might be a little too much, everybody is different though.

This is great advice. If you are bulking, go for the original stuff but if you are cutting use this. Rockstar sugar free is ok, but I prefer redline a lot better. For me it makes a world of difference, you can't even compare it to rockstar. It also has 0 carbs and sugar. It's a bit pricey but I have seen it at Wal-mart.
