From what I've read, you need to burn some fat to achieve a cut up look. Do some cardio or play some basketball on a regular basis.

I'm assuming you are happy with your size and just want to cut up. I would focus more on isolation exercises than compound exercises. Creatine would help you in getting more reps in for these exercises.

And watch your diet. I'd consume low calories to help rid the fat.

Cardio in the mornings for 20 mins (3 times a week) on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning) will get you cut while eating maintenance calories. Especially when combined with weight lifting 3 times a week.

You don't need supplements for that.

However, if you don't eat meat or protein for that matter dont expect any muscle size gains if you get cut you will look like a scrawny nothing.

Feed your metabolism...

You're still young, poper eating habits can lead to huge decreases in fat. Make sure you eat 5-6 small meals daily... it would be wise to add a reasonable protein powder to your diet since you won't be consuming meats.

I'd invest a month of proper eating to stimulate your metabolism before you consume a thermogenic.

The morning cardio will definately help. Keep track of your calories for sure and just keep them at maintainance in the beginning and see how the cardio works for ya.

You could also look into a CKD type diet if you wanted as well.
That works for a majority of people. But the several days of the diet is made up of mostly protein and fat. That may pose a problem if you don't eat meat. Then again there may be a way around it. Best of luck :D

P.S.--I believe Mr.X advises maintainance cal intake to be
body weight x 13-15.

ex: 180 lbs x 15 = 2700 cals per day

--x13 or x14 works better for some people. It just varies.

I figured a CKD could work if you substituted Meat for Tofu and Low Carb (around 1-2 carbs max per serving) of a Protein Powder, but I can't even fathom life without meat.

PS, the CKD has worked for me, I have lost over 15lbs on it on 2 seperate occaisons, only to regain it during a small relapse into a bulking cycle. I didn't regain all muscle, so I ended up a little bit smaller then before, but cut bodyfat down from around 17-18% to 12% in around 4-6 weeks.

Starting the CKD again after spring break today as we speak
