Ripped and veiny

What should I use to get this way and how many wks should I stay on and how many mgs do I take,I am 175lbs,looking to, get real shedded.
 
I am at week 17 of my first cycle, EQ and winny and which has me looking like I have thrown spaghetti under my skin.

What dosages are you running, and how long have you been running the winny (not 17 weeks I hope)?
 
It's as easy as:

1.) Fina 75mg's ED/EOD

2.) Test prop 75mg's ED/EOD

3.) Winny added in the last 6-8 weeks if needed. 50-100mg's PER day.

4.) Eq...optional, but 400-600mg's should do it.

5.) T3 25-100mcg's per day

6.) ECY

7.) Yohimburn

8.) r-ALA...or at leas rs-ala

me personally would drop the t prop and just do the fina and winny eq makes me hungry though reductil or another appetite suppresant takes care of it

Without test in the cycle your test will/should shutdown. I did fina and winstrol, and I didn't have any problems though.

Correct, it helps with protein synthisis but has low androgenic values. It increases lipolysis, RNA transferr and one other item,(I forget). Go to google.com and type in "cytomel". There are a lot of good scientific sources available there.
 
sure the t3 will workbut it will also burn up up muscle if you are not on a good cycle to keep the muscle up and strongly utilizethe extra protein synthesis.

i was thinking of doing that for 12 weeks next time around myself. 800mg of EQ for 12 weeks, with winny and or tren thrown in there. but i figure stagger the winny, and not for the whole cycle (whereas with tren it can go 12 weeks no prob if you ask me). why not get the fuck back on the board and explain yourself goddamnit. :D

after a few stories i have heard on liver values and winny, makes me kind of nervous. i have taken 3 IP winny a day for extended periods....so don't get me wrong....but better safe than sorry. plus my hair is nice and not falling out now after three months on spiro/nizoral/minoxidil.....so i wouldn't want to aggravate the shit out of it with ED winny for 3 months. although i may just do that......:D

Ok, my dose is (this is my very first cycle)
600mg EQ weekly
50mg winny daily. 1 zambon one day, BD tabs the next day

I was already 231 before I started and now I am about 239.5 (have not broken 240 yet) the weight gains doesn't appear much, but it is all muscle density and hardness.

Also, I already had my abs visible before going on cycle.

I think EQ and Winny would make a great cutting cycle. Im thinking of going with Primo, EQ, Var for my next cycle.
 
Prop is cheap. As long as test isn't excessive, and L-dex is used, it doesn't cause much water weight problems. Heck, you may not even need Arimdex at low dose test. I'd have at least 300-600mg's per week until 3 weeks before an event (dependng on how sensitive you are to it). Yes, the cycle will be just as effective without test, but you will feel 150% better with it in there, especially in combo with fina. This has been stated by many.

The bottom line is DIET!!!!!If this is not in order, then it make it a hell of a lot harder to be "veiny".

Cardio...HIIT...helps as well.

Lower Sodium (not competely)...and add more Potassium.

Drink 1-2 gallons of H20 minimum.

And of course, decent genetics helps.

Winny doesn't have to be added until the final half/stages of the diet. If you are fatass, then just use test/fina until you get to around 8-9%, THEN add the Winny. Don't waste your money. Winny is awesome though....especially for skin "appearance".

Obviously, since Eq takes quite awhile to kick in, you will need to start it early in the cycle. I'd run it all the way through any cycle if it is gonna be used.

Damn dude, 50mg/day of winny for 17 weeks :eek2: :eek2: ! And here I am scared to do 6 weeks of winny at 50mg/EOD...lol

Using any liver protectors?

And the only liver protection I am using is a small dose of r-ala throughout the day. I have had no problems with hair, skin, or joint pain that is associated with winny either.

I posted my cycle. My training is :

Mon - Quads and calves
Tues - Chest and Biceps
Wed - Off, swim 2 miles in the ocean
Thurs - Back and Hams
Fri - Shoulders, Traps, Triceps
Sat - calves (if I decide to go in, or I swim another 2 miles)
Sun - Off

Diet wise, I am at 350 grams of protein daily with about 120 grams of that coming from ProteinFactory ion whey. Carbs are moderate, fat is low to moderate. But on Sat and Sun I have more carbs than usual.

A lot of people have asked about my diet and how I train. Rather than keep repeating it in individual emails, I will just post it here.

My diet is really nothing special. I only count protein and just use common sense about the carbs.

This is what I have consumed today so far. (7PM now)

7AM LeanBody Protein shake 42 grams + 25 grams of ProteinFactory ion whey
total 67 grams

930AM 8 oz Sirlion steak (trimmed fat off edges after grilling)
and a small serving of rissotto (sp?). I am guessing about 45 grams of protein here. Not sure. I don't have a food index guide. Not sure about the carbs either.

Noon ProteinFactory ion whey in water 60 grams

230PM One chicken breast and handful of scalloped potatos. Guessing about 35 grams of protein.

4PM One glass (8oz) of cranberry juice before training

Training:
Chest
Pec Dec 3 sets slow reps of 160 for 12 reps, pausing at both the start and finish of the movement.

Incline Dumbells
3 sets 140 for 12 reps

Incline flyes (flat bench with just a step up platform under it about 30 degree incline)
3 set 60 for 10 reps

Flat Bench rest pause style reps. Lower weight to chest and hold still for two count and then press upwards.
3 set 225 for 12 - 10 - 10 reps

Biceps
Incline Cable Curls
3 sets 120 for 15 reps

Seated Dumbell curls
3 sets 60 pounds for 8 reps. controlled from start to finish, no cheating or snatching.

Narrow Grip Pullups (pinkies touching) superset with Hammer Curls

3 sets 20-18-15 reps / 3 sets 45 for 15 reps

This was my light workout. Next workout will be basic movements with heavier weights, reps in the range of 6-8 with a spotter.

After workout 530PM
60 grams of Protein Factory ion whey, 80 grams dextrose, 10 grams of glutamine.

7PM (now) will be eating chicken breast and rissotto again.

10Pm more Protein Factory ion whey and glutamine before bed.

YOu can look at it and guess my carb and fat intake. I never count it as I said.

Now on the days I don't train, my carbs and fats are a little higher and my protein a little lower. The carbs keep me filling full without all the protein I would eat otherwise.
 
Yeah, I don't do fancy shit or Martha Stewart meals.

I cook 10-12 chicken breasts at one time and a huge pot of rissotto. Then just divide it up in tupper ware containers. All I have to do is throw in the microwave, eat and throw the container in the dishwasher.

say bro what is rissotto, i may know just not sure. ny biggest prblem is i hate dry chicken. how can i prevent that?
 
Rissotto - I am not sure if I spelled that right - resembles creamy rice. It is like rice with a slight cream sauce to it.

The trick to avoiding dry chicken breasts is NOT to cook them all the way throughly. I know this sounds bad and unsafe for your health, but when you throw them in the micro for 2 minutes (not just 1 minute for warming up) it will cook them the rest of the way.

If it is still dry, you can add bar b q sauce to it (like Coleman did in his video)

Also when microwaving, make sure you keep a napkin over the plate to keep it from drying it out.
