RIP Craig Viera - Bodybuilder/Trainer

Hey guys just wanted to make a dedication thread to an awesome guy, who was fatally stabbed while working at a local nightclub in Boston. He was said to fully recover but after being released from the hospital shortly after he suffered a blood clot and died at the hospital. He was a great guy,trainer and bodybuilder. He didn't care about the guy who stabbed him a close friend of his told me, all he cared about was getting back into the gym. "Man im gonna be out of the gym for six weeks!" He said. He was loved by all who knew him

Agreed I think I fall into the 80% of the people who turn to violence to solve disputes where as most of the time I should be the bigger man and walk away or talk things out. Hopefully this stabbing opened my eyes up, Man today was just a down day.. =/

and the biggest toll violence take is on the inside of you the side that has peace.....

it makes it lower and more base.
