Well I have had enough the last 20 years with a shoulder that was misdiagnosed, it turns out it is a torn rotor cuff, major problem became very evident on Nov. 21, 01.
I went and saw the movie SpyGames with my bro and a friend of mine I was in the passenger side and used the seat belt and it simply tore the shit out of my shoulder. Before that I a 50% restriction of movement but it is now 15% and I have not worked out in over a month. Just lazy on my part but winter here is a drag.
This came as a result of a motorcycle accident 20 years ago when I came back to work from lunch. The 80 year old security guard if that is what they wanted to call him took a left turn in front of me
and now the issue is the necessary surgery to fix this thing NOW!
Sorry I had to rant but this is real old shit that now I must deal with.
