Well it's been a good three years since I've been both in the gym and here on the discussion board.. So long in fact they have closed my acct. My last alias on here was n8ive_stylez and had a pretty good start on my bodybuilding and getting into great shape..

I'm back though.. like I said it's been about 3 yrs since I've been in a gym, I fell off cause of the normal you know.. Got Married had a baby and just did the whole dad thing for this long.. Time for Dad to get back into the game though! When I joined the Navy 8 yrs ago I weighed 120lbs skinny little douchebag who thought he was big and bad.. Well I learned real quick I wasn't.. When I started working out I was barely pushing 100lbs for a bench and never did a squat in my life.. Well I worked and worked for 4 yrs to beef myself up to 185lbs of mean lean muscle with a Bench of 285lbs and a sqaut of 405lbs.. I did alot of homework with my time in the military and even had a perosnal trainer as a best freind on the ship I was stationed (RIP Mike Mickelson) and he taught me alot about bodybuilding workouts and dieting to be in the shape I was in.. Even did a cycle of Sustanon and Proponate with the kid.. I put alot of effort into it until I got out of the Navy and married an Army girl who I've known my entire life.. Well I fell off about that time and never made it back..

Now I'm a successful Journeyman Electrician and Looking forward to opening my own business as soon as the economy (if Ever) picks back up... But I've been looking in the mirror and not happy with what I see anymore.. I'm 165lbs. of blah! yeah you know what I mean to all of you just starting.. It's horrible to all those who have been there as well and lost it all back.. Frustrating isn't even the word.. But Ive been back to the Gym for 1 week now.. I feel really good about it and am looking forward to getting over this whole DOMS thing I remember from when I was first starting out 8 yrs ago.. I've lost alot in the past few years, I'm back at day 1 again.. But I know it's just getting the routine down again and keeping that motivation.. I hope to contribute to the forum again as I did in the past and look forward to posting my hurdles and gains on the forum along with some questions I'll have after 4 yrs of sitting on the bench..

Thanks to everyone out there who's gonna help me and thanks to George for a great site...

Ryan..
