Right after bulking

Hey all wanted to get some feedback on what yall think and what not. I don't mind the negative feedback either, as that will help me turn my negatives into positives. This photo was taken of me after my bulking up and I believe I was weighing at around 240-245. By just looking, what does the bf % look to be around?? I am currently cutting w/o help and hope to post a pic when it's all said and done. Oh yeah, don't mind my hairy friend...we were in Vegas and he had a LITTLE too much to drink and decided to strike a pose with me :) !!

Thanks!! Yeah I'm sometime in awe at his little patch and why he doesn't trim or do anything about it. Oh well...to each his own....

yep, looks like you had a nice bulk there, but put on a good amount of bodyfat as well

time to cut it up and really see what you've got!
 
Yeah when I finished bulking I noticed I put on some bodyfat. I've taken most of it off but am not at where I wanna be yet. Apparently gonna have to up the cardio to shed the rest.....
 
Cant tell real good by those pics but it looks like your BF is pretty high bro dont really want to put a # on it but you got lots of work to do time to get in the gym and do some cardio and watch that diet.
 
Got ya gymrat. I've been doin the diet and cardio for the past 4-5 months and have dropped from 245 to 215-220. I'm pretty much at a sticking point in the weight, but I like the way it's looking so far but there is definately room for improvement. I'm probably gonna bump the cardio up by a little more and see what else I can do in regards to the diet. Thanks!!

Do your cardio in the am on an empty stomach along with 1 ephedra pill and you will see the fat melt off bro.Also a cycle of eq/test at 400mg a week of each for 12 weeks would be in order to keep the muscle while getting shredded and of course keep a high protein moderate carb,low fat diet going the whole time.Good luck bro you should be on your way to becoming a beast.

Thanks for the info. bro...greatly appreciate it!! I'm probably gonna hold off on the test/eq till after November due to personal reasons. I'm thinking about doing another Clen/ECA cycle starting this Sunday. Thanks again :)
