But really, do you realize you're ugly? Or do you actually think you are hot? I've seen some fugly women strut their stuff and think they are the shit.

I think people realize their general level of attractiveness... you get that based on feedback from others and just looking in the mirror.

some people have distorted self image of course, but most people know where they stand...

I'd say if someone is a 7 they probably call themselves an 8... but you don't see someone who is a 6 thinking they are a 9

There is nothing wrong with someone that may be unattractive thinking they are beautiful. Confidence is a wonderful thing to have. There is a difference between confidence and vanity.

People find beauty in different things. Beauty is undefined.

I think everyone knows what is in their league. But, it isn't as simple as just looks. I think more comes into play when approaching someone.

Do you think that what you find attractive changes? I'm talking physical stuff. Not, clothing, hobbies, etc.

For example, what I found attractive in my early 20's (21-23) is the COMPLETE opposite of what I'm attracted to now. And I don't see that changing anytime soon.

What is beauty/attractive? There is no set definition for these terms.

Look at someone like Bill Clinton. The man is nothing to look at physically but from numerous things I've read about him his charm and charisma are incredible. I know many physically stunning women who all thought he was the man. Mick Jagger is another that comes to mind.

You can't just judge beauty based on the physical, for beauty is the complete package. Confidence, as previously mentioned, is the biggest factor of beauty in my opinion.

How often do you see an 'ugly' guy with a hot girl? That's because the 'ugly' guy is 'beautiful' in other ways.
