Use as you would for regular ricotta cheese........in lasagna, tossed with pasta (use some ricotta + sauce to make a sauce) or as ILK said, sweetened as a dessert.....that's what cannolis are made out of.....
I don't think ricotta has much taste by itself anyway, so I don't mind using the FF - but if you notice a big diff. in taste you may want to try Part Skim ricotta.....
