Rick Collins involved with Signature Pharmacy article

alot of the online pharmacies have a disclosure statement to protect themselves. ie that the info you give them are accurate and true.. based on that they "diagnosis" you and write a script for you for a fee $50 or so...

not really any difference than visiting a dr in the office.. tell the doc whats wrong, how you feel, then he writes a script, you may the copay and leave with your script.

dayum bro, nice find.
Collins is a bad ass with this sort of heat. he knows the laws better than the DA who will eff up their own case by not having all the proper paperwork and what not, then Rick will expoit their weakness like always.

btw nice forearm, about the size of my quad for christ sake... j/k

Good read and the whole online pharmacy issue is open to interpretation. At least Rick Collins understands it and can discuss in legal circles.

Wrongun!

Rick is actually named in the suit.
They said he designed the business framework for these companies.
It should get interesting!

I actually had this information a few weeks ago, but I couldn't confirm it at that time (*was told to me by someone in the HRT field, who wasn't indicted but knows what's up).

From what I heard, Rick knew several days beforehand that the bust was going down. Very Sketchy.

what is sketchy about it, defense attorneys by their very nature are sketchy LOL

When you know beforehand that a bust is going down....that's etch-a-sketchy in my book!

i agree. How did he know it was going down? Did he warn the peopel about it? does he still lobby congress on the AS issues?

I CAN'T say for sure he knew...but some people in the HRT biz seem to think he did...

rick is a member here, maybe he will chime in

usually someone hyperlinks rick to the forum post via email, someone please do that to get his attention

It's doubtful that he would comment on an ongoing case....lawyers typically don't do things like that. and they advise their clients against it as well.

Here (however) is Rick's comments on the topic (he sent a letter to the editor of the paper who ran the article linked to in the first post):

Oh, AR, i guess i missed the point. Lawyers don't typically comment on ongoing cases, but I would think that they would tip their client off about a bust in keeping with the dirtbag defense attorney ideology

I don't think Rick is a bad dude....certainly no more "dirtbag" than any lawyer....

In my experience with Lawyers, and in my line of work, I often find that sources (drug dealers by any other name) are quite a bit more honorable; but that's just my experience.
