HCG is scheduled in Cali (although some sun-soaked legislative staffer "dude" misspelled it as HGC). So, the importation problems are obvious. There's a good book directly on the topic, bro...

There's a first offense personal use chart in an appendix of LEGAL MUSCLE which allows quick reference as whether a state has controlled HCG and/or hGH.
