Anybody read it? What did you think of it? I don't trust anybody and people seem to have a hard time keeping their stupid mouth shut so I might have to buy one.

I've bought numerous books related to this sport, in my opinion it is the one book that is worth many times the cover price. I highly reccommend it.

ya i got it to.IT IS AWSOME .....thing is this new damn anabolic act of 2003 may change the laws in several states and then need to get an updated one.....i am not gonna take the chance and get a felony when it used to be a misdomenor i just hope the states where the laws where a bit less serious stay that way....some states it is all ready a felony and i hope more dont become a felony
