I care because it's a hazard on the road.
Music blasting at 200 decibels? How will they hear police, fire, and ambulance sirens? What about cars honking at them about the fact that they're swerving into someone's lane without signaling and about to cause an accident?
Hydraulics on an SUV? The car leaned to the right a good 30 degrees. What if someone had been next to it and got nailed by the SUV? Having your face cut by broken glass isn't a great way to start a Saturday afternoon.
Let's not forget about those dropped rice burners. Who knows if the dumbasses will fuck up their cars on a speed bump or small incline/decline and stop traffic for 10 minutes while they analyze the fact that they just fucked up their car.
Most importantly, let's not forget about the fact that they think they are driving race cars and proceed to drive like it.
My philosophy has always been that if someone has to be TOLD that something is art, then that something is NOT art! I consider rice rockets to be on par with that modern day art I find in my school's "art" museum.
