Hi everyone. I don't think I've ever posted here before, even though I've been 'lurking' for almost a year. And before anyone gets mad - I just use the Search button lots - and most of my questions are already answered. But I can't find any info on this one...
My girlfriend's mother bought me some Rice Protein at Christmas. I never even heard of the stuff before. I actually like the taste. The nutrition label is:
per 15g serving
Protein: 12g
Fat: 0.7g
Carbohydrate: 1.8g
Ingredients: Enzymatically processed rice protein from California brown rice. Completely vegetarian. Contains no soy, milk, egg, yeast, corn, wheat, preservatives.
Does anybody know when the best time to take this is? I don't have anymore casein protein left, so I've started taking it at night with flax oil (instead of whey). Does anybody know how slowly it digests?
