Where I got mine from is one of the few places down here that use a tomato based sauce. Every other place uses mustard based sauce.

Well I had baby back ribs today, but I love either type.

Tony Romas is the ONLY place IMO for the finest in Baby Back ribs
They also have 4 different Sauces. All tomato based.

Ole Smokey is the best..
They have a Honey, a Regular and a HOT variety as well ...

Everywhere else in this town is hit or miss for BB ribs and usually they are either tough or fatty..

Tony Roma's are neither every time we go there and that is about once a month..
