Rhinoplasty?

Has anyone here gotten a rhinoplasty done and can share experiences? I want to get one done sometime this year, and wondering how much it will cost? I got a septoplasty a couple of years ago to fix my breathing but the surgeon didnt even fix my breathing paths. This time around I want it straight and maybe a tad bit smaller.

I also want to know if a good surgeon will mean much better resulsts and way less down time? And how much would something like this cost?

rhino is the most complex ps surgery out there. Make sure u find a good doctor who doesn't spend his tie doing 900 procedures. Many people have feminine noses, misaligned shaped noses, breathing problems, etc. - so be careful.

mine is misaligned currently so I doubt it could get worse, but I would find a realyl good doc, have you had this procedure done?
