Well yesterday i purchased this product as it was within my budget and contains both whey protein composition and creatine. So all i wanna know is, is this product worth my money? Well the seller told me about positive feedbacks of customers using it, and the seller can be trusted. So i'm just curious to know, have i wasted my money or this product can give me good muscle gains? The best thing is, extremely low fat.

Well me too never heard it before. But the guy told about good feedbacks of the product and it was good value for my money. Moreover he assured about good gains with this product. For the same money i was getting a 900g pre-workout + 2lbs whey but it's a damn 11Lbs packing for same money. So i went for it.

From my experience, unless the supplements are classified as steroids, they wont make a world of difference.its all about the training and recovery

if i were you id just buy creatine mono and whey protein separately.

Well i thought of that at first time. But it contains both whey protein matrix and creatine content and more quantity than them separate both. Well lets see the results as the time passes
