Been on this diet for 7 weeks. Solid results so far, as I have lost 15 pounds. Tell me what you think
Meal 1: 1 bowl Special K, with skim milk
7 egg whites, 1 yolk
Meal 2: Protein shake, 1teasp olive oil
Meal 3:Same
Meal 4
ost workout: 50 g's carbs, 25 pro
Meal 5: 2 grilled chickens
Meal 6: 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
Can someone tell me if I take ALA will this turn into a Keto diet? Also, all of my carbs are basically in breakfast, and post workout, which i think is what i have been informed to do. Any thoughts? Thanks!
