review my diet

put this diet together for a test e,front load with t-bal, and with anavar and proviron cycle. goals are lean mass and reduce bodyfat. hope to gain around 15lbs. stats 37. 5'-7",170lbs, 15-16 bf. will adjust carbs and calories depending on gains...

looks good to me broseph, stay goal oriented and make adjustments every two weeks depending on your results and how you feel.

That amount of protein intake is pointless at your weight, id still say ur under sized as I was the same stats at 16

I wouldnt say he's undersized at that weight. I'm very similae size and stats just lower BF and dont look undersized at all. That actually seems like a good amount of cals for that size. Maybe a little low if he wants to put on muscle but not much.

Bro reason i consider that undersized is because I was 175 @ 12% bf at 16yrs old (about 5'8), so anyone who is training properly and eating properly at his height could get to atleast 185 at the same bf% naturally.. Anyway back on subject, that amount of protein at ur weight is unnecessary u would make better gains by dropping protein to 220-250
an upping carbs and fats, if u were cutting then u can up protein to 300. Eating that amount of protein is gonna shit u up the wall bro trust me, I'm 103kg (225lb) and I consume 250g pro wen bulking and 300 when cutting and it becomes a chore eating all that chicken,turkey,kangaroo
 
So if you want to cut eat more protein and less carbs and fat? Protein will fill you up more in result keeping you away from other foods correct? If so, that is an awesome way to look at it! Thanks
 
im definatly not under sized for my height... protein is high, reason is i dnt wanna go too high on the carbs. they seem too bloat me up.
