can anyone do this?? I am NOT talking the basic internet stuff... I am talking full out down and dirty info on a number... Like who the number is registered to... I know where and i know what company already... I just need more specifics!

or just got added.

either go to a police station to request it (low chance of success).

or call 411, pretend you're a cop and need that info asap to track down a fugitive. You might get a gullible operator.
