Hey guys,
I'm going on my 4th week being on sust 250. I take one cc every three days. My main goal was to gain weight and obvious muscle mass. I am 6 foot 3 at 190lbs,with a slim build and 28 years old. It has always been difficult for me to gain weight. I am on high calorie high protein diet. Into my 4th week I have only gained 4 pounds according to the scale, and really haven't noticed any size difference. My muscles
Do feel a lot more solid and tighter, but no mass gains so far. Am
I wishing for too much too fast? When should I start
To get obvious results? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
 
Its a little early to be worried.

Lots of chicken and rice. Cereal, yogurt and granola. Steak and eggs. Turkey sandwiches. Ham sandwiches. And of
Course my protein shakes, all natural fruit smoothies. Supplements include two
Multivitamins, fish oil, coq10, magnesium, hawthorn berry, and vitamin c. I work as a tech in a factory with no air conditioning. I swear profusely all day. I wonder if I'm not getting enough water.
 
drink a gallon a day if not more if you're sweating like crazy...and thats not an exact diet :)

can you plug in your daily intake into something like fitday or the likes...at 6'3" and 190...youre incredibly thin....Im surprised you're trying gear
whats your training like...Im guessing youre on your feet all day...you doing cardio on top of all that?

Any bloating? Increased libido? I bloated like crazy on Sust, but thats just me. Like Oxy says 4 weeks can be a bit early...but you should have felt something with the prop thats in the Sust.
 
Bottom Line you need to eat more plain and simple , work on your macros protein , carbs , fats , you should be eating no less than 5k calories ed in order to bulk up track your diet and count calories .good luck
 
I kinda chuckled at it because its the common response...when it refers to chicken I always think "we talkin like a whole chicken a day ..or four?" haha

bro, you need to be more accurate with your description of your diet... "lots of" could be anything... 4 oz. of chicken could be a lot to someone for all i know... you need to list exactly when you are eating and how much of it so we know... you should know these things, and if you don't, then you need to start keeping better track of it so you can gauge what is working and what is not...

you should be feeling something from sust by now... i know a lot of people bloat on it as well... if its not kicking hard by week 5 then there's definitely something wrong but with prop being involved in the ester mix, you should already be feeling it...

you are way too undersized to even be running a cycle... i am lead to believe your diet is very flawed because you are very much underweight... in the future, you should not be running cycles when you are that undersized... its a very bad move bro...
 
Looking at your diet,or at least what you posted, it looks healthy, but low in calories,, at your height/weight you can add in way more calories especially on a cycle.. If your gear is real, then you def. are not taking in enough cals, add in some lean burgers, more steak, and dont follow a superrr strict diet for a while, meaning allow yourself to cheat..
 
You should feel "better" by week 2, by weeks 3-4 you should be ready to bang an angry tiger, by week 5-6 you should have noticeable strength increases. Weight will start kicking in about 3-4, with oilier skin usually. You noticing any of this? Shoot me a pm…

Also if you are sweating alot a gallon isn't even close to enough. Between the water loss from sweat, digesting increased food intake (I am assuming you increased you diet for your cycle), and water held by bloat I usually drink around 2 gallons a day.

Chicken. To be more accurate, I eat 5-7 chicken breast a day. I am sure I do need more
Calories, however I was hoping to have more bloat I guess by now. I ran a different brand sust about 3 years ago and had more bloat. For my height to weight ratio, I am not underweight at all. The average weight for a 6'3" male is 175-210 lbs. so I fall right in the center of the spectrum, but I know on these forums we want to increase that
Ratio and are used to much higher body weights. I do have an increased
Libido and am increase in my strength. So I do feel my gear working slightly, but I wonder it's potency because of my lack of bloat. Anyone have any helpful ideas on checking if my gear is legit? Can I post

and honestly...Im very conservative with weight in regards to what I think is a good weight..trust me, you're underweight..most people disagree with me because I tend to think lower weights are more acceptable for using steroids
what Im getting at is...for me to say you're underweight...you're underweight

I think youre confusing BMI here...which doesn't come in to play at all in this world

and bro, i understand you are looking up ratios on weight but trust me, at your height, you are very much underweight for what you can achieve naturally... those numbers are highly skewed... trust me on this...
 
What he is trying to say is though you might be "average", the average person has not reached anywhere near their "all natural" (which you might want to change now) potential. Many never even come close before they reach for chemical enhancement. Which if I had to bet the farm I'd say is the case with 75% of users. Since you have already decided to go this route, twice already, my advice would be to state your goal. Not for us but for yourself, whether you want to gain 20 lean pounds, or put on 40 pounds of muscle and water. The reason I say this i because depending on your goal you will need to adjust your diet. Then do some serious research on your diet because this will become very important on how much of your gains that you keep. You don't want to drop a few hundred on gear, go back to an inadequate diet and only keep 5 pounds…
