Ok bros, most of you have seen my pics (progress pics) and have said the cardio needs to come into effect and pretty badly. My question is, how can I still gain my lean mass and bulk up to around 235 at the MOST(right now 227.5lbs) and STAY LEAN? I'm guessing it's about impossible right? I'm about done with Tren Ace after 5 weeks(ran short for some reason) but I have another 5 weeks of Test Enant and running 5 weeks of Winny caps with it. Should I see some decent results?? 750 weekly of Test and 50 mg ED Winny.......is what I'm going to be running.....thanks for any input. Also, I train 5 days a week with weights, the other 2 days are cardio (just started walking 30 mins high intensity) By the way UncleSlat, I see that you said Canadian Cutie is yours but she doesn't know it yet eh? We might have to rumble for that one man.......of course I've also got Frisky and Sassy by my side, woo hoo, the ladies of Elite are HOT SENIORITAS
