greets, Svetislav..... ;)

Nice numbers, especially deadlift. I think you should push up your squat numbers some more, do you do squat ass to ground ? And whats the starr/pendlay 5x5/3x3 cycle ? sounds good.

The question is impossible to answer without knowing a lot more about you.

To clarify:

If you are in your first week of lifting they are damned impressive numbers and you'll be astounded by how much your are lifting in a few months time.

If you have been training ten years or more consistently and injury free then they are wholly unimpressive and you need to rethink your training.

Try to think more about your goals or how you've progressed from some point in the the past than comparing your current state with anyone else of your height, weight, shape, muscle-fibre mix, diet, supplement or drug stack. There are too many factors to be comparing yourself to anyone else.

The only comparisons that matter are with yourself past and future.

What were your lifts at the beginning of the year?
What are you aiming for by the end of the year?

Svetislav, first of all, thats a cool first name.....with a name like that you simply have no choice but to become ungodly strong.

For your question, strength is relative to the individual, the only thing that is 'good' or 'bad' is progress.

Your body composition is really good. What are your goals?? How are you training now??

thanks.... of course this name (unfortunately too long for playstation games) gives me a lot mentally support in the gym but my goals for this year are the following :

Fullsquats (ass to ground) : 130 kgs x 3 (285 lbs x 3)
Benchpresses : 105 kgs x 3 (230 lbs x 3)
Powercleans : 95 kgs x 3 (210 lbs x 3)
BB-Rows : 110 kgs x 3 (245 lbs x 3)
Deadlifts : 200 kgs x 1 (440 lbs x 1) / maybe too high goal but it have to be......
Pushpresses : 75 kgs x 3 (165 lbs x 3)
Chins BW + 40 kgs (+ 90lbs)
Dips BW + 35 kgs (+80 lbs)

Next week I will start with the Dual Factor Program for Advanced Lifters, this Pendlay / Starr Programme which looks very good, seems very effective and I like it because of its compund exercises only (don't like exercises like calf raises or go one day into the gym only to train my arms) After this programme will check for another good strenght programme or a variation of it to get the a.m. results at the end of this year..... In addition to weight training will also do 2 session of anaerobic Intervall Sprints/Jogs and pay attention to my nutrition to hold my bodyweight but try to gain lean body mass and lost bit fat although it will be hard....
