Results half way through 1st cycle

Here is my cycle

Week Deca Sust Dianabol
1 2ml 1ml 3 tabs/day
2 2ml 1ml 5 tabs/day
3 2ml 1ml 8 tabs/day
4 2ml 2ml 10 tabs/day
5 2ml 2ml 10 tabs/day
6 2ml 2ml 8 tabs/day
7 2ml 1ml 5 tabs/day
8 2ml 1ml 3 tab/day
9 2ml 1ml

I have been taking 10mg of nolvadex a day and will be taking clomid at the end of the cycle.

I have now just started week 6 and although my shoulder is fucking killing because of the sust injection, I have put on a shit load of muscle.

I was 182lbs I am now 196lbs. I have not put any fat on, if anything it looks like my fat % is decreasing.

I eat a ratio of 3:1 carbs to protein per day. Protein going by 1g per pound of body weight. I up that ratio to 4:1 with the meal before training and the same after training, but I consume simple carbs after training. I eat 6 meals per day, taking 5g of glutamine 1/2 hour before the first meal and then 5g of glutamine 1/2 hour after my last meal. I supplement with whey protein and creatine. I also drink a shit load of pure orange juice.

At the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 I started having 2 nose bleeds a day. I took this as a sign of high blood pressure so I took some asprins to thin the blood, eventually the nose bleeds stopped. If they had continued I would have decreased the amount of dianabol.

I hope I havent bored anyone to much, Im just suprised how well the juice works.

Nosebleeds, yeah, dbol does that to me, too.

One request, please tell us in mg dosages what you are taking. Saying 2ml of deca means anywhere from 100-600mg of deca/week. I have seen deca at 50mg/ml up to 300mg/ml.

Sounds good. Keep it up. I am starting my 4th week of 500mg sust a week. Strength is up and weight is up 5 pounds. No water retention so far. Started feeling it kick this week.
 
bro why so much shit on first cycle i did 10 cc of sus 250 only and gained 20pds.just thinkin about health bro
 
you're doing awesome for your first cycle. many first timmers don't go to the extent you've gone to do the "perfect" first cycle. just keep track of things and learn from this cycle and apply what you've learned to your next.

great gains so far, keep us posted.
 
I didnt really think that I was doing alot.

All the dosages are the small dosages for that type of steroid.

Have you heard of a guy called Mick Hart? He runs a magazine called No Bull (all about steroids and safe dosages) I basically followed one of the cycles outlined in his book, exept I changed Test cyp to sust.

its not a crazy amount but when i did my first i was extremly concerned with side effects to see how my body was going to react.
 
Thanks XXXL I did go to alot of trouble when researching roids. I wanted to go into it with my eyes open wide and so I looked up every peice of information I could find on steroids on the net and other sources.

I have been training on and off because of injuries for about 2 years, I never touched roids before, did everything I could to make myself grow natural, eat right etc.

I put together this cycle and then descovered that an expert on the subject also advised a very similar one. I knew then that that cycle was right for me and went for it.

I train with my heart and soul on my gloves and cant believe the results that have happened.
