I thought I should post results of my anabolic cycle...it was mild cycle designed to not disturb anything, I prioritised on a no side effects, small but HQ gains aspect.
my cycle was as follows:
week ---- Primo ----- Dbol ----- Winie
1-----------300mg------------------------
2-----------300mg------------------------
3-----------300mg----15mg-------------
4-----------300mg----15mg-------------
5-----------300mg-----------------50mg eod
6-----------300mg-----------------50mg eod
7-----------300mg-----------------50mg eod
8-----------300mg-----------------50mg eod
9-----------300mg-----------------50mg eod
10---------300mg-----------------50mg eod
liver protects - arimidex during the Dbol phase
Low cal - high protein - 5gr glutamine b4 and after workouts+ 5gr BCAA after workouts
workout 4 times a week
strictly no cardio
scale weight up by 8 lb
BF down from 12,6 % to 7.5%
The dbol was an experiment more than anything else -
I gained a lot of muscle hardness, strength is up nicely too but varies with each body part - no fixed percentage - (e.g. + 25lb on my bench, + 15lb only on my cable pulls)
started cutting for even more definition 2 weeks ago (clen for the 1st week and now clen/zaditen since 2 days)
I think ppl should post their cycle results more often...
