I will try to phrase this properly this time.
I am 5ft9 , 78kgs bf around 14%, take anywhere from 180 -220g of protein/day and around 150- 200g carbs/day very little cardio and am about to do a sus deca and winny cycle like this:
sus 250/8 weeks wks 4-5 500ml
deca 200/8 weeks
winny wk 7- 10 or 6-9/50 eod
Can anyone give me their experiences from this cycle?
if anyone has done this cycle could you please tell me how much you gained and how much you kept?
