I've just done a short 6 week cycle and i pretty much trained 7 days a week for that 6 weeks. I want to take some time off, but what is an adequate rest period. I feel fat if I don't work out and I miss the pump. Also am i going to lose the resluts of the cycle???

Any comments or help

shorten your workouts and take a week off it will do you good
 
rest at leat one or two days during the week. you're overloaded, bro.

Losing the results? Are you taking clomid? Since you were on a six week
cycle, i'm assuming you were taking dbol, winny, halo, ot something 17aa,
right? Take clomid. You'll lose a lot of weight from the water, but it's just
water. Similar to what happens when you stop taking creatine. Most of
the muscle will be kept.
