rest days on AAS

Got a question.
I am in the middle of a cycle of test cyp 400 mg/week 1-6 and and switching it to test enanth 500mg/week weeks 6-12 (roughly)

I hear some people saying that while on gear you can train 6 days on and maybe only 1 day off a week. I also hear alot of people saying that no matter what you are on...you need at least 2-3 days of rest a week (lifting only 4-5 days max)
Whats the deal> do you think that it makes a difference in recovery time when on aas, specifically test.
Would i get better results just lifting crazy as much as i can while on this shit..or should i make sure i get plenty of rest days.
I am mostly asking this because i have taken the past two days off because i just got a huge tattoo on my back and it is pretty sore.
thanks.

Lots of pro BB's lift on split cycles (workout 6 days a week am and pm) because they are on. You have to be careful of overtraining however, because AS helps you with your recovery time so you can push out that extra set or go that extra rep but work up too it. But if you go balls to the wall 6 days a week, you will blitz yourself and will overtrain and your connective tissue cannot keep up wuth your new workout routine. EASE INTO IT and you will grow. Part of being on a cycle is not the gym as much as it is rest and protein intake. You don't grow muscle in the gym, you grow in when you are drooling away over angel girl. So lift hard for an hour, go home, eat right, and SLEEP.

The only real answer to that is personal. You have to try a few aproaches and see what works best for you we all recover at different rates.

I like to work it 6 days a week, BUT i'm not lifting one limb more than twice a week. THat is when i'm on

Whiskey

I workout 1/day, 6days/week. Sometimes I have very minor tendon or joint pain, and I take a few days off and it fixes itself (usually if I try to do 1xrep max effort)

Most important thing is listen to your body..if i have a planned workout day and am not feeling up to it--I take the day off--knowing that tomm.'s workout is going to be insane!!

i am switching form cyp to enanth because i did not have enough cyp for a while cycle and could only find enanth. thanks guys

try this out.... 2 days on/ 1 day off.... repeat. This seems to work well for me for a bulking cycle.

no no no no no no no no no no

YOUR BODY NEEDS TO REST.....period

never work out more than 2 days in a row

:)

it is always better to undertrain than to overtrain :)

Is this an alter of needtogetanalias???? :Chef: :tuc:

depends on ur own individual recovery abilities, trial and errror will tell u, dont make the idiotic mistake of thinking u cant overtrain on gear cuz u can ot-ing is a central nervous system thing mostly so u need to figure it out

That's what I said. He said while you're drooling over angel_girl. I thought this was an alter of yours bor!!! :Chef: :tuc:

i go 3 days on 2 days off while on or off. i do the full rotation of body parts in 3 days. i also change things up avery few months so that it doesn't get boring.

i have to say...while on...the longer i take between workouts the better the strength gains tend to be. on the flip side the less time apart gives me better size. not sure if that makes sense but i feel like this is what's happening. maybe it's do to the constant pump.
