Rest after last pin (pre-PCT)

Hi, just a general question really.

I start my PCT in 10 days from now, im wondering if taking a week of from the gym will be of any benifit? (i do work in a warehouse lifting and shifting 9-5) so i was wondering if going gym would help or be no good to me at this point.

Does anyone here have day(s) of after last pin? (i went 3 times after last pin which was saturday)

My pct looks like :

Hcgenerate - 5 per day 3am 2 pm
Clomid @ 12.25 p/d

I know about the intensity and volume for PCT workout and regime.
This is a curious 'Rest' question
 
What are you coming off of? And don't stop for a break right now. Wait til your balls are fully functional again.
 
If you are going to take a break, its best to wait until after PCT. You need to kill it in the gym during recovery to help keep gains

I wouldn't rest for over a month after PCT. The gear takes time to totally clear your body. If a compound has a two week half life, that means it's strength is cut in half after two weeks. Two weeks later, another half, and two weeks later, another half; so on and so on.

Before taking time off, I would want to be fully recovered and clear of any gear, naturally building.

Wrong. I wouldn't think that would be a way to combat low test in any case IMO, but especially not when trying to recover from suppression.
 
so, what would a 'ok' break be? i havent worked out since monday. so would it be ok for having tonight off aswell, and then returning back to usual regime (lower volume i read) tomorrow? so i have had a 3 day break?

Sure bro. That's fine ;)

Just get back to killing it after that. Being on cycle is the time to capitalize and get the gains. I plan my breaks for when I'm not anything and not recovering
