This site actually sells the bands and has online instructions and pictures for the exercises.
On the right side of of the screen you will see a title bar that says "Exercise Extras" , under that there is a link to "Most popular exercises" , once to that page it will offer you a dialog box to search excercises by equipment (bands) and then bodypart.
