I am trying to research the most effective supplements to use while working out and gaining mass. What would you all seggest to be the best to use?
 
Protein Power
A good Multi Vitamin
EFAs
Lean Beef and Chicken
Low GI carbs such as...Brown Rice,Oatmeal, 100% whole wheat bread.

Eat to grow, and you will.
 
Agreed. Food is the most important supplement. It doesn't matter what type of potent supps you put into your body if you're not giving it the fuel it needs to grow it won't.
